Deliveries & Returns
Delivery will be for your account. As we are located in the Karoo, we are unable to provide a predetermined rate for the delivery of your order. We will however assist in securing the best possible delivery option and rate. Once you have placed your order, we will be in contact with yourself to make the necessary arrangements for delivery based on the options available. Please note that all online orders placed with Pure Gifts will be delivered to the physical address provided unless otherwise arranged.
Delivery normally takes 10-12 working days. You will be notified in the unlikely event that we foresee your delivery to take longer.
Products that are in stock will be dispatched the first business day following confirmation of payment. As our suppliers are based on farms all over the Karoo and all products are handmade, custom products or out of stock products would require 12 working days lead time.
Any product purchased online at www.puregifts.co.za may be returned for credit, exchange or refund within 30 days from date of purchase provided that the product is unused and is returned in its original packaging.
If you wish to do so you are welcome to contact us via email and we will assist you as far as possible. The cost of returning the item will be for your own account.

We offer a gift wrapping service. Should you choose not only products, but a combination of gifts and products, we will wrap it for you at an additional charge.
